To conceive, we had already been undergoing ICSI treatments at the hospital for some time. After the doctors informed us of reduced sperm quality and an unexplained absence of our menstrual cycle, they stated that the only way to conceive was through an ICSI process. After two treatments and multiple failed embryo transfers, we were referred to Joke by a colleague because we were at our wits' end. We had, after all, only one reimbursed attempt left at the hospital. The diagnosis of "unexplained" also didn't feel right to us. Joke gave us new confidence and insights. For a while, I had been looking for someone who could give me some tools to bring more structure to dealing with my clairsentience. It seemed valuable to me to learn how to find ways to better shut myself off in certain situations (work, birthdays, etc.) and, conversely, to switch “the button” back on where necessary. In my teens, I started having trouble with my joints. Knees and wrists and hands. It wasn't rheumatism, and doctors couldn't find anything. There you are. For all those years, I just put up with it. There was nothing I could do about it. Then a friend sent me to Joke. I wasn't really into it. New Age nonsense. But I went anyway. She looked at my diet and pills.
